ARE YOU READY TO MAKE PROGRESS?
Hi, my name is David Galbraith and I am an artist, Gym owner, child development specialist and Mental performance coach. The common denominator in all of this is that I am a coach. Through overcoming my own personal challenges I help others achieve the same whether it's a child in despair or an adult looking to find solutions. We can do it all.
My Story

As a child, I was experiencing many of the difficulties the children I work with are experiencing so I can relate to them on an empathetic level.. Through my own experience and training, I have been able to foresee, target and redirect challenging behavior in a more positive direction.

As someone who is Dyslexic and ticks all the boxes for ADHD, my life descended into chaos as a teenager and young adult. This led to my getting stabbed 6 times when I was 18 and facing difficulties with the law. It was at this crisis point I knew I had to change.

I decided to become a pro-MMA fighter, travel the world. So that's what I did. I dedicated my life to becoming a pro which led to me fighting on TV, appearing in the papers, and training alongside some of the best fighters to ever grace the UFC octagon. I auditioned for The Ultimate Fighter in America and represented teams in Thailand which lead to me becoming Scotland's top Lightweight and a world ranked fighter.

I am now a proud father, successful entrepreneur, coach, artist, and, husband. I found ways to regulate myself and overcome trauma while channeling what was once-destructive behaviors into constructive ones. Having ADHD traits gives me a huge advantage when working with kids due to it's sensitive nature.I am sensitive by nature. It's my life's work to support children and families and it helps that I thrive in a crisis. When I enjoy something then I am all in . I love the work that I do so I am exceedingly committed to getting results. Being a former professional fighter allowed me to understand the outcome of getting something wrong and the rewards that come with practice, self-discipline, learning, patience, and staying composed.

If all behavior is communication we all need to be able to communicate with behavior.
